01 Morning coffee & bakery stops

Start close to home at Smith House Restaurant and Tavern, just a short walk from the Inn and a convenient choice for breakfast. For specialty coffee, head to The Burrow, or stop by Ori’s Bakery & Café for fresh pastries and baked goods.

02 Marina and boating experiences

Olde Marco puts you close to the island’s waterfront activity. Pelican Pier Marina is about an 8-minute walk away, while Rose Marina is roughly a mile from the Inn. From the area, you can book boat rentals, dolphin-watching trips and cruises with operators such as Dolphin Cove Marina-Boat Rentals & Tours or enjoy a cruise aboard Marco Island Princess.

03 Marco Island beaches

For a classic Marco Island beach day, Tigertail Beach is one of the closest major beaches, about a 9–11 minute drive from the Inn. For a different setting, head south to Marco Island South Beach Public Access for Gulf views, white sand and an easygoing afternoon by the water.

04 Sunset dining & local favorites

Stay in Olde Marco for a waterfront dinner at Snook Inn, just a short walk from the hotel and known for seafood, outdoor tables and live music. Or head to CJ’s on the Bay for dinner overlooking the marina. For a true Gulf-front sunset, Sunset Grille is another popular option directly by the beach.

Pool access available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
No pets allowed.
No smoking.
Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
TOTAL MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at Seaglass Marco is LIMITED TO 6 PERSONS.
Adults age 25 and older required to secure reservation
Final Payment due 30 days before check-in
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in.
$195 Departure Cleaning Fee.
Florida Tourist Tax Required.
Check-in Time is 4 pm.
Check-out Time is 11 am.

Guest Rental & House Rules Agreement

Thank you for choosing SeaGlass Marco at Olde Marco Inn for your Marco Island getaway. We want you to enjoy a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay.

By booking and staying at the property, the primary guest agrees to the following terms and house rules.

1. Guest Identification & Reservation Requirements

The primary guest making the reservation must meet the minimum age requirement stated at the time of booking and must be present during the stay.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required prior to check-in to verify the identity and age of the primary guest.
The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation.
Failure to provide valid identification may result in denial of check-in.

2. Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is six (6) guests.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight at the property.
Reservations may not be transferred to another person without prior written approval.

3. No Parties or Events

Parties, events, large gatherings, and disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.
Guests must respect neighboring residents and the peaceful atmosphere of the Olde Marco Inn community.

4. No Pets

Pets are not permitted at SeaGlass Marco.
Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning costs, damages, or other charges resulting from an unauthorized pet.
This restriction does not apply to service animals as required by applicable law.

5. No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the unit and in any areas where they are not permitted.
Violations may result in an additional cleaning fee of $250.

6. Noise & Neighbor Courtesy

SeaGlass Marco is located within a condominium community.

Guests agree to:

Follow all Olde Marco Inn rules and regulations.
Comply with applicable Marco Island noise ordinances.
Keep voices, televisions, music, and other noise at reasonable levels.
Be especially considerate during nighttime hours.

7. Property Care & Damages

Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.
The primary guest is responsible for the conduct of all members of their party.
The primary guest accepts responsibility for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Any accidental damage or maintenance issue should be reported promptly.

8. Air Conditioning

To protect the air conditioning system and maintain efficiency:

Keep all exterior doors and sliding glass doors closed while the air conditioning is operating.
Do not set the thermostat below 70°F.

9. Pool, Hot Tub & Common Areas

Guests must comply with all Olde Marco Inn rules when using the pool, hot tub, and common areas.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

10. Use of Premises

The property is intended solely for short-term vacation lodging.

The following are prohibited:

Use of the property as a primary residence.
Illegal activities of any kind.
Commercial filming or photography without prior approval.
Hazardous, unsafe, or disruptive activities.

Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times, particularly around stairs, showers, outdoor areas, and any potentially hazardous features.

11. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are those specified in the reservation confirmation.
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Late check-out is available only with prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.

12. Cancellation Policy

Guests will receive a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for:
- No-shows
- Late arrivals
- Early departures

13. No Tenancy Created

The guest acknowledges that this agreement is for short-term vacation lodging only. No landlord-tenant relationship is created by this reservation, and no tenancy rights are granted. Guest occupancy is temporary and limited to the reservation period.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the reservation and staying at SeaGlass Marco, the primary guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Guest Rental & House Rules Agreement and all applicable Olde Marco Inn rules and regulations.
